Artlegia uses
Therapy of patients over 18 years of age with moderate or high rheumatoid arthritis in combination with methotrexate, with insufficient efficacy of methotrexate monotherapy.
Artlegia dosage
Artlegia preparation is introduced subcutaneously, into the hip or anterior abdominal wall area, 0.4 ml of solution with concentration of 160 mg/ml at a time. Before administration, the solution should be heated to room temperature. Storage time of the preparation at temperature > 8 ° Ñ should not exceed 4 hours.
The first use of the drug is carried out under the control of a qualified medical officer. After the first injection, the patient's condition should be monitored for 30 minutes. After training in the technique of performing subcutaneous injections under the supervision of a medical officer, the patient (or the caregiver) can administer the drug independently.
